Priyanka Chopra is currently in India and her visit is reportedly primarily centered around work commitments. Latest reports suggest that the actress is deeply engrossed in script readings and meetings, including discussions with filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali to finalize an upcoming project.
A source close to Priyanka was quoted as saying by Hindustan Times, “For Priyanka, the trip to India is purely for work.Along with attending events in Mumbai, she has several things lined up. She has back-to-back meetings in different capacities.” The source further disclosed that Priyanka is also focusing on her production house during this visit, intending to finalize three or four projects under her banner.
Regarding her next Hindi project, the insider mentioned, “She knows there is a lot of curiosity around her next Hindi project and wants to finalize a project soon. She is going through several scripts and meeting several makers to decide on the same.”

Additionally, there are hints that Priyanka may be in India to introduce the second season of Citadel starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan. However, official confirmation from her team is awaited.

Meanwhile, Priyanka dropped pictures from her recent trip to Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. In the first picture, she’s seen praying in the temple with her daughter Malti Marie.
