Russian President Vladimir Putin will travel to Belarus on Monday for talks with his counterpart and ally Alexander Lukashenko.

Lukashenko’s office said on Friday the pair would hold talks at the Independence Palace in Belarus’ capital Minsk during Putin’s “working visit”.
