Rahul Postpones Assam Visit To Apr 20 | Guwahati News – Times of India

Guwahati: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s Assam visit has been postponed to April 20. As per the previous schedule, Rahul was about to address two election rallies in Jorhat and Dibrugarh on April 17, on the same day when PM Modi is scheduled to address an election rally in lower Assam’s Nalbari district, reports Kangkan Kalita.
“Now, Rahul Gandhi will address an election rally in Nagaon on April 20,” said a senior Congress leader.He informed that Rahul is unlikely to visit Jorhat and Dibrugarh.
According to the revised schedule, Priyanka Gandhi will now address poll rallies in Jorhat and Dibrugarh on April 16.
