Thane: An alert Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable identified as Sumit Pal and MSF jawan Sagar Rathod saved a passenger from falling in a train. platform-train gap when he was trying to climb into running train But Thane Railway station on Saturday, officials informed.
Police has identified the passenger as Rahul Ramteke railway worker, and a resident of Kurla, was traveling to Nashik by 22183 Down Saket Express, which departs from Thane platform 7 at 7.30 am. This incident was captured in the CCTV installed on the platform. The passenger received minor injuries.
