Bharatpur visit of JP Nadda: Assembly elections are to be held in Rajasthan this year. All the parties of the state including BJP, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party are busy preparing for the elections. Big leaders of BJP including the Union Minister are continuously coming to the state for campaigning. Today on Thursday, BJP President JP Nadda will be in Bharatpur. He will inaugurate the newly constructed office of the party located near Kali Ki Bagichi here. After this, he will address the public meeting at Nadbai at 2.15 pm.

This visit of JP Nadda is very important for Bharatpur division. Its party leaders have made preparations on a large scale. Leader of Opposition Rajendra Rathore, State General Secretary Bhajanlal Sharma, Divisional Incharge Mukesh Dadhich and many other leaders are camping here for the last few days. State President CP Joshi has also visited several times to take stock of the preparations.

In 2018, BJP was able to win only one out of 19 seats.

The condition of BJP is worst in Bharatpur division. In the 2018 assembly elections, the party got only one out of 19 seats here. Those who are no longer with the party. It may be noted that Shobharani Kushwaha, the MLA from Dholpur who won this seat, had voted in favor of the Congress in the Rajya Sabha elections. After which the BJP had shown him the way out of the party. In such a situation, it is considered a big challenge for the leaders to create a place for BJP again in Bharatpur division.
