As Ranbir Kapoor gears up for his role in Nitesh Tiwari‘s highly anticipated film Ramayana, his dedication to fitness is taking center stage. The actor’s rigorous workout sessions in the countryside are setting new fitness goals.
Ranbir’s fitness coach on Monday offered a glimpse into his intense training routine as he prepares to commence filming for Ramayana.The video captures Ranbir Kapoor shirtless, engaging in a variety of exercises under the guidance of his trainer.
From running alongside his coach to lifting weights and performing various workout routines, Ranbir’s dedication shines through. Additionally, the actor incorporates swimming, cycling, and hiking into his training regimen. His trainer captioned the video, “Went to the countryside for a decompression week. WIP with Ranbir.”
Eager fans spotted glimpses of Ranbir’s daughter Raha in the video, accompanied by her nanny. Furthermore, during Ranbir’s hiking session, fans also noticed Alia Bhatt, adding to the buzz surrounding the his training journey for Ramayana.

Recently, pictures from the sets of Ramayana were leaked online. It showed Arun Govil dressed as King Dashrath, Lara Dutta as Kaikeyi, Sheeba Chaddha, among others were seen interacting with people on the sets.

There are speculations that Sai Pallavi will play the role as Goddess Sita, with talks suggesting Sunny Deol may be considered for the role of Lord Hanuman. While there’s no official confirmation, it has come to the fore that Bobby Deol reportedly approached to play Kumbhkaran. There are also rumours swirling around Vijay Sethupathi’s potential portrayal of Raavan’s youngest brother, Vibhishan.

On the work front, Ranbir was last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, receiving praise for his performance as Ranvijay Singh. He will play Aziz in the sequel to Animal, called Animal Park, which is yet to go on floors.
