Asus ROG Phone 7 Series: Price and Availability
The ASUS ROG Phone 7 series is available at Vijay Sales (both online and offline), ASUS India e-store and select ASUS Exclusive Stores and select ROG Stores. The physical demo experience of these smartphones is also available at select Vijay sales stores.
ROG Phone 7 with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage costs Rs 74,999. Asus is offering the smartphone in two color variants – Phantom Black and Storm White. It has a two-tone slash design and ROG Aura RGB logo.
Meanwhile, the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate comes with 16GB RAM, 512GB storage and ROG Vision PMOLED rear customizable display, priced at Rs 99,999. The smartphone features a motorized ‘Aeroactive Portal Door’ and copper heatsink fins for accelerated cooling in conjunction with the Aeroactive Cooler 7.
Asus ROG Phone 7 Series: Key Specifications
The models in this series feature a 165Hz 6.78-inch AMOLED HDR10+ display that supports up to 720Hz touch sampling rate and up to 1500 nits peak brightness, up to 23ms touch latency. These new smartphones are powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform with GameCool 7 cooling system.
The smartphones offer console-like gaming with AirTrigger ultrasonic trigger buttons and 10 motion control gestures for game control. They are also equipped with 7-magnet symmetrical stereo loudspeakers powered by Dirac Audio and Dirac Virtuo for stereo spatial immersion. The phones also support a 3.5mm headphone jack and are the world’s first phones with a sub-woofer for 2.1 sound, offering up to 77% more bass.
The Ultimate variant’s Aeroactive Cooler 7 also doubles up as a subwoofer, allowing for expanded portable 2.1 sound on the smartphone. The gaming smartphone further offers 50MP Sony IMX766 flagship rear camera that offers low-light performance, 8K recording, EIS and HDR10 for videos as well as a 32MP front camera that also supports 4K with EIS.
The smartphones also feature a 6000mAh split battery design for less heat and faster charging, powered by 65W HyperCharge (inbox 30W HyperCharge Adapter). Both the smartphones are Wi-Fi 7-ready. The latest Wi-Fi 7 supports up to 320MHz channels, and multi-link operation, meaning users can connect to different frequency bands at the same time. Exclusive ROG HyperFusion technology further boosts internet connection speeds by combining both 4G/5G cellular connections and Wi-Fi.
