Samsung updates Try Galaxy app: How to get Galaxy Z Fold 5, Z Flip 5 experience on iPhones – Times of India

Samsung launched the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 foldable smartphones in July. Later, the South Korea-based tech giant rolled out One UI 5.1.1 software for its latest foldable devices. With this rollout, the company has also released a new update for the “Try Galaxy” app.
This app allows non-Android smartphone (like iPhone) users to try the One UI 5.1.1 update and explore features from the new Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5.To showcase the Galaxy Z Fold 5’s display experience, the updated “Try Galaxy” app also offers a new feature that uses two connected phones to simulate the foldable experience.
Try Galaxy app update: Availability
Samsung launched the Try Galaxy app in 2022 that operates only with Safari on iOS devices launched on and after September 2016. The company claims that the app has already been downloaded more than seven million times since its launch.

The app now supports 20 languages, including the recently added Korean, Czech, Hungarian, Latin American Spanish and Russian. Samsung also has a QR code which can be used to download the app. iPhone users can visit www.trygalaxy.com to try this app.
Try Galaxy app update: New features
After downloading the “Try Galaxy” app, users can learn from tutorials and explore the apps and widgets as if experienced on a Galaxy phone’s home screen. They can also sample other functions available through Samsung Galaxy. The updated app also highlights key features of the Galaxy Z Flip5, Z Fold5 and One UI 5.1.1.
FlexCam experience: Users can explore the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5’s FlexCam mode. Through the app, users can experience how these foldable devices unlock new capabilities by capturing memorable moments from different angles. The enlarged cover screen in the Galaxy Z Flip series, Galaxy Z Flip5 also enables quick and easy-to-check selfie experiences.
Display and multitasking: Users can connect two devices to create one connected screen, which simulates Galaxy Z Fold5’s display experience. Through video demonstrations, users can view video content on a full screen. They can also experience productivity through the enhanced drag-and-drop features, enabling multitasking when moving content between screens.
Connected ecosystem: Users can learn what the Galaxy ecosystem has to offer, including Quick Share between near and far away devices, Samsung Health’s body composition data when paired with a Galaxy Watch and the other features offered by Galaxy devices. All of this is a part of the latest One UI 5.1.1 update.
