‘Kathal’ is a satire and is also called ‘The Jackfruit Mystery’. It also stars Ananth V Joshi, Vijay Raaz, Rajpal Yadav, Brijendra Kala and Neha Saraf in pivotal roles along with Sanya. Sanya plays the role of a police officer named Mahima Basor, who is assigned the task of finding a pair of jackfruit stolen from an MLA’s house.
Sanya will be seen in next film apart from ‘Kathal’ Shahrukh Khan Starrer ‘Jawan’. The actress finally opened up about her role in the film in a recent interview and called it her ‘dream role’. The actress said she is excited as she can finally speak about it as till now, when asked if she is a part of ‘Jawaan’ she was giving all weird answers. She was hoping to work with Shah Rukh one day and finally her dream came true. Sanya said that she cannot wait to see herself around him.
