Now 3 questions you want to know the answers to…

1. How did the weather become so cold? Director of Meteorological Center in Madhya Pradesh R. Balasubrahmanyan told that there is only moisture up to 6 km above the ground, the freezing level is 4 km above. That’s why hail has fallen in many places in the state and the mercury has dropped.

2. What is the main reason for so much rain and humidity?
A cyclonic circulation up to 1.5 km height has formed over South Rajasthan. It is drawing moisture from the Arabian Sea. Similarly, a cyclonic circulation has also formed in the southern part of Chhattisgarh at a height of 0.9 km. It is drawing moisture from the Bay of Bengal.

This moisture is up to 6 km above the ground. This moisture is making the clouds. The trough line from Vidarbha to Karnataka is causing rains due to the moisture in both these places.

What next – the first week of May will also be like this
According to the Meteorological Center, there may be light rains on May 1-2 in neighboring states including Madhya Pradesh, heavy rains on May 3. Hail may also fall. This is because a Western Disturbance is coming on Monday. Due to this also cyclonic circulation and trough line will be formed.
