Vadodara: Fire Panic broke out at an electrical goods store near Leharipura Late Thursday night in Old Town. The entire shop was gutted in the fire, which spread to the upper floors where people were living. However, residents exited the property safely and no one was injured in the incident.
Investigation is on to ascertain the cause of the fire, but it is believed that it may have started due to short circuit. About 10 fire tenders reached the spot and the fire was brought under control after almost two hours of effort.
