Shriya Saran shares her thoughts on how the film industry in India is one and not demarcated between Bollywood and the South.

Speaking to Instant Bollywood, Shriya Saran emphasized that the industry is one. He supported his views by citing Natu Natu as an example. She said, “I think a cinema, is an industry. So, for example, when Natu Natu was performed at the Oscars, now, you are the first to know the word which maybe you didn’t know and Then there was the performance, it says Indian cinema it was not a Telugu song, it was not a Telugu film, it was an Indian film and so you have to appreciate it.

He further added, “I think in our country, we should let it be Indian cinema because the more you put these barriers, the more it becomes a little uncomfortable for a lot of people, the more you see Bollywood and South Says it becomes one. A bit uncomfortable for someone from the South. I think it is Indian cinema first.

The Naatu Naatu song from SS Rajamouli’s RRR not only won several international accolades but was also crowned at the Oscars this year. Regarding Shriya Saran’s Music School, News18 Shosha in a review for the film said, “Sharman and Shriya have a comfortable chemistry when it comes to their on-screen presence. They light up every frame. They balance each other out well and yet deliver great performances individually as well. You will want to be with him till the end of the movie. Shaan’s performance is also superb. He adds the much needed air to the film with his aura along with his voice. Special mention to veteran stars Prakash Raj and Leela Samson who bring the right sense of credibility to their parts.”
