While locating the SUV, the Ludhiana Police on June 30 arrested the SUV owner of Amritsar. Satbir Singh arrested. Illegal weapon, who confessed that he had dropped Toofan and Mani along with another unidentified person in Bathinda and on the way they picked up weapons from two different places. Toofan and Mani are now wanted ”
Brar said, “Investigation indicates that Toofan, Mani and their unidentified accomplices were involved in Plan B to shoot Moose Wala. However, this will be known only after their arrest.”
The Ludhiana police also arrested Sandeep Kahlon, nephew of senior Akali leader Nirmal Kahlon, who had asked Satbir to leave Bathinda for the suspected shooters.

When contacted, Inspector General of Police (Cyber crime) RK Jaiswal said, “Cyber crime cell does not work directly on these criminal elements as there is already Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF). However, the cell will provide all assistance at any point of time. Counter Intelligence or Anti-Gangster Task Force is requested to block or track any social media account.”
