In the video, the smartphone is shown in three color options – black, blue and white – with the tag “New Phone, New Me”. The video suggests a dual camera unit at the back, which is one less than its predecessor. Sony may have removed the telephoto sensor from the upcoming model. The rear cameras are placed vertically on the panel along with the LED flash.

Furthermore, the Sony Xperia 5V sports a matte finish with Sony’s branding on the back. It appears to have a similar design to the Xperia 5 IV with noticeable bezels on all sides. The power button and volume rocker are placed on the left. It also appears to include a camera shutter button below the power button. The top featured a 3.5mm audio jack and a microphone.
