NOIDA: Supertech group owes Rs 5,600 crore to the UP government for land allotments made by three development authorities in Gautam Budh Nagar, piling up its liabilities as it faces fresh challenges following the arrest of chairman RK Arora. Used to be. Enforcement Directorate earlier this week.
Supertech’s flagship mixed land-use project, Supernova – one of the tallest buildings in the country – has a debt of Rs 1,966 crore on the Noida Authority alone. Supertech has total dues of around Rs 3,100 crore to the Noida Authority, Rs 1,429 crore to the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority and Fourth Expressway Authority 1100 crores.
There are two projects in Noida – Supertech Cape Town in Sector 74 and Ecocity in Sector 137 National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). Cape Town owes Rs 704 crore, while Ecocity owes Rs 124 crore. Besides its large commercial venture, Supernova-E Square, a mixed-use complex in Sector 96, has outstanding dues of Rs 277 crore.
The company has four residential projects and one commercial project in Greater Noida. Among them is Ecovillage 2 in Sector 16B, a residential project, which is in NCLT and has dues of Rs 310 crore. Its Play There is a huge arrear of Rs 637 crore on the city project.
In Yamuna The expressway area, Upcountry in Sector 17A and Supertech township in Sector 22D – each spread over 100 acres – collectively owe over Rs 1,000 crore. Upcountry is in NCLT.
Officials said that despite issuing several notices, the dues are yet to be recovered. Supertech officials did not comment on the matter.
Apart from Gautam Budh Nagar, Supertech has projects located in Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Meerut, Moradabad, Dehradun, Haridwar, Rudrapur and Bengaluru.
