Speaking with Mashable India, Sushmita reminisced about her time on the sets of Biwi No 1, recalling how David Dhawan would advise her not to wear heels.However, Salman Khan would jokingly question her choice of footwear, suggesting she wear heels despite his height. She found Salman’s attitude progressive and appreciated his supportive nature throughout their friendship.

Sushmita also shared another anecdote from her experiences with Salman, noting his penchant for cracking jokes during scenes, causing co-actors to burst into laughter and momentarily forget their lines. She highlighted Salman’s ability to lighten the mood on set with his humor.
