Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actress Priya Ahuja, who plays Rita reporter in the comedy show, is an avid social media user. She keeps sharing funny titbits, words of wisdom and sneak peeks into her personal life through a series of posts on Instagram. She often jokes around with her fans on social media. Recently, Priya hosted a Q/A session where she answered several questions, one of them being her marriage with Popat Lal in TMKOC.
“If TCMOC mei aap ki shadi Popat Lal ke sath ho gayi to aapka kya reaction hoga?” asked a user. In a quirky manner, the actress replied “Cancel cancel cancel” in Popat’s style.
One of her fans asks, “Any plans for ‘Ardaas’ (Priya’s son) brother or sister. Will you gift him”. In response to the question, Priya tagged the husband and joked, “Yeh kaun rishta hai fake id se pata karo zara”? Priya is married to Malav Rajdal, director of TMKOC. Priya and Malav came close during the shooting of the show and decided to make their relationship official by getting married in 2011.
