TCS AGM: TCS bans 6 employees and business associates for violating ethical conduct – Times of India

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has banned six employees and six business associates for violating ethical conduct. Tata Sons chairperson N Chandrasekaran Said the same thing to the shareholders during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company. He also stressed on the need for ethical conduct and integrity among the employees. He said two complaints were received in February-March about the involvement of TCS officials in the bribery-for-jobs scam and six employees and six firms have been banned.
“Before any financial performance, the most important thing expected of each employee is ethical conduct and integrity. Therefore, I feel sad whenever there is a breach of ethical conduct by an employee. All leaders take this very seriously and we will always deal with such incidents with firm action.” Chandrasekaran said TCS works with over 1,000 third-party recruitment companies. The RMG division in question handles less than 2-3% of the total recruitment requirement.
