Kalaburagi: State government’s fifth guarantee scheme ‘Yuvanidhi’ is now facing technical glitches in Kalaburagi as students are not able to register their applications. They are expressing disappointment over this.
It was said that the students who have graduated in the year 2022-23 have to register with Seva Sindhu portal, which is now showing technical glitches.This has irked most of the students, who have been blaming the government.
While applying online after registering the Aadhaar number and their degree register number, the process comes to a halt and does not continue, students allege.
Following this, a message pops up to contact the college or university concerned. When contacted, the college will ask us to contact the university and the university has no answer over this.
When students call the helpline, they do not get proper directions on how to complete the registration process.
When contacted, to Gulbarga University’s registrar of evaluation Jyothi Dhamma Prakash said all marks cards have been uploaded to the National Academic Depository.
“We have received some complaints over this and we have provided those students with a helpline number. Though the students may have passed their exams, they may have some backlog papers, which may not have been uploaded,” he said.
