Social worker and businessman Haresh Mehta has filed a complaint against Tejashwi.

After Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in the defamation case, now Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Tejashwi Yadav is also seen in a controversial statement. A petition has been filed against him in the Ahmedabad Metro Court for calling Gujaratis thugs, which is to be heard today.

Social worker and businessman Haresh Mehta has filed a complaint against Tejashwi in the court of Additional Metropolitan Magistrate DJ Parmar.

Mehul gave the statement keeping in mind the vigilance
Last month, Tejashwi Yadav had made a controversial comment on Gujaratis while reacting to a news about Nirav Modi. He had said- ‘In today’s situation in the country only Gujaratis can be thugs. His thug will also be forgiven. Liac, give the bank money, then he will run away, then who will be responsible.

Friends, friends who are doing corruption, but their parrot does not come out of the cage. Following his statement, businessman Haresh Mehta had filed a case against Tejashwi Yadav on March 21 under sections 499 and 500 (criminal defamation) of IPC.

Wrote in the petition – strictest action should be taken
Businessman Haresh Mehta has said in his petition that in his statement to the media, Tejashwi Yadav has called the entire Gujarati community ‘thugs’. It publicly defames and humiliates Gujaratis. Therefore, strictest action should be taken against them in this matter.
