And why not dance too… Village’s daughter Harjinder Kaur has brought laurels to the country by winning the Bronze Medal in the ongoing Commonwealth Games (CWG 2022) in Birmingham, England. Harjinder Kaur won this medal in the CWG-2022 by lifting 212 kg weight in the 71 kg weight category.

Sahib Singh said that not only he but the entire village and the country is happy about the victory of Harjinder Kaur. When Harjinder Kaur chose sports, the condition of her family was not very good. Harjinder’s entry into sports also has a different story. In fact, at the behest of an expert, his daughter went to sports. After that he applied some emphasis and Harjinder did the rest. Gradually the daughter started winning the medal.

Harjinder Kaur’s mother Kuldeep Kaur was emotional with her daughter’s success. Kuldeep Kaur told that her daughter is very smart and hardworking. Along with sports, he never compromised on his studies. Not only this, whenever Harjinder Kaur is at home, she gives her full hand in the work.
Kuldeep Kaur said that her daughter also handles the chulha-chouka very well. However, she wants her daughter to focus her entire attention on studies and sports. He still has a lot to achieve.
