NEW DELHI: United States first lady Jill Biden stepped into his husband’s re-election Campaign and is expressing strong opinions, especially about the former president Donald Trump.
Her campaign trail will take her through Arizona, Nevada, and Wisconsin, with a strategic focus on reaching out to Black and Latino communities to bolster support among key demographic groups.
During an Atlanta event targeting female voter mobilization, she openly signaled a notable change in her strategy. Additionally, the First Lady launched a pointed critique against former US President Donald Trump, labeling him as a perilous individual.
“I’ve been so proud of how Joe has placed women at the center of his agenda. But Donald Trump?” she remarked, eliciting boos from the audience. “He spent a lifetime tearing us down and devaluing our existence. He mocks women’s bodies, disrespects our accomplishments and brags about assault. Now he’s bragging about killing Roe v Wade.”
At the Fox Tucson Theatre, she energized the predominantly female audience, rallying them against their leading Republican opponent, Donald Trump.
“Donald Trump is dangerous to women and to our families. We simply cannot let him win,”said Jill.
“It’s no accident that Arizona is one of the places we’ve chosen to stop during our launch for ‘Women for Biden’ this weekend. Because four years ago, Arizona, you put us in the White House,” Biden soothed the crowd.
