Ballia: A 24-year-old girl died in a massive fire in her house on Friday night, while four others were injured. The fire was ignited due to leakage of cooking gas, resulting in the unfortunate death of the woman and damage to several others.

In addition to the loss of human life and injuries, the fire also caused significant material damage. Two goats, estimated to be worth Rs 80,000 in cash, jewelery and assets worth around Rs 3 lakh, were gutted in the flames.
CO Mohd Faheem further said that the body of the deceased has been sent for post-mortem as the authorities are conducting necessary investigation into the tragic incident.
