Bathinda: Singer Shubhdeep Singh aka Sidhu Moose Wala’s father Balkaur Singh has asked the people not to vote for those parties which are working at the Center and in Punjab.
Addressing his son’s fans at his residence in Mansa’s Musa village on Sunday, Balkaur asked people whether they have any respect for their son, vote for any party, but not these two parties.
He did not name BJP and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and did not elaborate on any election. Jalandhar Parliament The seat by-election is on May 10.
Balkaur hit out at the Punjab government for heavy police deployment at Takht Damdama Sahib on Baisakhi, saying it kept people away from the celebrations. “The celebrations were conducted in an atmosphere of fear and efforts are being made to keep people away from the places where they get their strength,” he said.
