Vicky Kaushal back on the sets of ‘Chhava’ post injury; shoots in Wai – Exclusive! | – Times of India

Vicky Kaushal, who was shooting for his first periodic drama ‘Chhava‘, based on the lifetime of Chhtrapati Sambhaji Maharaj (son of Chhatrapato Shivaji Maharaj), had an intense injury while shooting a war sequence. The actor was on a break for almost 20 days. However, our source close to the project informs ETimes that he is back and hearty and will shoot from March 9. The team has started shooting from today onwards.

Rashmika Mandanna finally talks about taking ‘ownership’ of ‘Animal’s success; says ‘I too wanted to enjoy it, but…’

“Vicky will start shooting for ‘Chhava’ from March 9th. He has recovered and is back to his strength and zeal. The team is currently shooting in Wai and Bhor and has started the shoot,” the source informed.
We contacted director Laxman Utekar and he confirmed the same.
Laxman Utekar’s directorial also stars National Crush Rashmika Mandanna, who will play Yesu Bai in the film. Rashmika had completed shooting for her part in the film a few weeks ago, and the actress also announced the update through her social media account. The film has an ensemble cast featuring Ashotosh Rana, Akshaye Khanna, Divya Dutta, Kiran Karmarkar, Neelkanti Patekar, and others playing pivotal roles in the film.

The film is about to complete its shoot in April; however, Vicky’s absence from the shoot due to injury might change the last day of the shoot. Vicky also has Karan Johar’s next untitled production venture opposite Tripti Dimri and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film ‘Love & War’ co-starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
