Vidyut Jammwal dispelled the benefits of taking a volcanic mud bath and how it is helpful for the body.

Daredevil actor Vidyut Jammwal has been on a high with the success of his films ‘Khurda Hafiz Chapter 2’ and ‘IB71’. The actor received a lot of critical acclaim as well as a tremendous reception from his fans for his performance. Besides acting, Vidyut Jammwal is also a health and fitness freak, as evident from his social media posts. Maintaining that trajectory, amid shooting for his next film Crakk, Vidyut Jammwal enjoyed a Volcanic mud bath.

On Monday, Vidyut Jammwal took to his Instagram handle and shared a video, in which he can be seen immersed in volcanic mud, scrubbing his body with the sunset in the backdrop. Enlightening about the positive effects of it, Vidyut wrote in the caption, “MUD VOLCANO/मिट्टी के ज्वालामुखी…Volcanic mud bath combines hot spring water with volcanic ash. Mud volcanoes erupt from depths of several hundred meters to more than a couple of kilometers.The mud produced by the mud volcanoes is mostly formed as hot water, which has been heated below the earth’s surface. Fans of the actor applauded him for his dedication towards staying fit and all the unconventional ways he trains himself. Shooting ‘Crakk’ Vidyut Jammwal’s highly anticipated second production, in the picturesque city of Baku, Azerbaijan, was nothing short of exhilarating for the team. The thriving metropolis, with its stunning blend of modernity and history, provided the perfect backdrop for this action-packed drama.Baku, with its breathtaking skyline of futuristic skyscrapers juxtaposed against ancient, ornate architecture, became an integral part of the film’s narrative.

The city’s diverse landscapes, from the bustling streets of the Old Town to the serene shores of the Caspian Sea, added depth and character to every frame.Nora Fatehi and Vidyut Jammwal’s chemistry sizzled on-screen as they performed some of the film’s key sequences there.

Crakk is being directed by Aditya Datt, who previously directed the 2005 romantic thriller Aashiq Banaya Aapne, starring Himesh Reshammiya. This film marks Aditya’s second film with Vidyut after the 2019 action thriller, Commando 3.

Vidyut will be “seen performing a variety of extreme sports stunts and action sequences all on his own,” as per a statement. It added, “This changing scenario has confirmed that there are no limits but only plateaus and we must not stay there. We must go beyond them. Hence a movie on extreme sports from India.”
