Viral Video: YouTuber made world’s largest functional iPhone, put 8 feet long phone on public display

Video creators on YouTube often go to any lengths to get the attention of viewers. These works are sometimes dangerous, while sometimes highly creative and innovative. In one such task, a YouTuber successfully built an 8-foot tall iPhone 14 Pro Max. Moreover, the unusual mobile is claimed to be fully functional and has all the features offered by the regular Apple iPhone manufactured by the giant American company.

The video shared on Matthew Beam’s YouTube channel shows the video maker starting the process of building the “world’s largest iPhone 14 Pro Max”. The beginning of the video shows the YouTuber gathering the necessary parts to start building the giant phone, and he tells viewers that the aim is to make a fully functional phone.

In the video description, Matthew says, “I’ve never built anything like this before, so it was extremely difficult. Most importantly, we drove it to New York City to see the reactions of people in Times Square and to surprise the top . Marques Brownlee (MKBHD) the tech reviewer on the planet!”

To build the device, the YouTuber buys a large touch-screen-enabled television for the phone’s screen. The display was later attached to the Mac Mini so that it could function like an iPhone. He also buys other equipment needed to make various functional mobile phone parts. It should be noted that the person pays attention to details and also makes the working buttons and other parts of the phone.

A few minutes into the video, the YouTuber demonstrates the functions of the entire product. He also does some tasks like setting the alarm and clicking pictures using the huge gadget. Once the phone was fully functional, the YouTuber put the device out in a public place for testing. Taking it to the next level, they even got it reviewed by renowned tech critic Marks Brownlee (MKBHD).

This isn’t the first time Matthew Beam has accomplished such a task. Earlier, the YouTuber has made world’s biggest ice cream cone, world’s biggest computer and other such videos.
