VISAKHAPATNAM: Three intermediate students of a Corporate Junior College located in Gajuwaka area of ​​Visakhapatnam have been reported missing since Saturday.
They have been identified as Gandreddy Umesh Pawan, U Danteshwar (known as Bobby) of Nawabpet and Pilla Dileep of Priyadarshini Colony in Gajuwaka area.
According to the police, on June 24, instead of going to college, the three had gone from Gajuwaka to Gandreddy Umesh Pawan’s hometown, K Kotappadu. They failed to return home in the evening.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP, Zone II), K Anand Reddy, said all three students were juveniles and had gone missing after a heated argument with their parents, who scolded them for not focusing on their education.
The parents of the missing students have lodged a complaint at the Gajuwaka police station.
