Sharing a report about Oppenheimer’s success, Vivek wrote, ‘Great news. Cinema halls were burnt down and banned after the 90s. It is heartening to see that such a first science fiction film is a house-filler. I am glad that our science film #TheVaccineWar #ATrueStory will release in Kashmir as well. I have been assured by Kashmiri youth, especially women, that they will be proud to see India’s greatest scientific achievement on the big screen.
In the same tweet, he also announced that his own sci-fi film, vaccine warCo-produced with Pallavi Joshi, it is also set to release in Kashmir, a region where cinema houses faced cinematic and creative restrictions and destruction in the 90s.
Apart from this, Vivek is eagerly preparing for another project which includes ‘The Kashmir Files Unreported’ which is all set to stream on an OTT platform.
