“Putin can encircle [capital city] Kiev is there with tanks, but it will never be able to capture the heart and soul of the Iranian people, ”said Mr. Biden. He also asked whether the legislator who has died was present during the White House conference.

Last month, in a similar verbal lapse, Mr. Biden said that Russian President Vladimir Putin He was “losing the war in Iraq” when he meant Ukraine.

According to a Reuters report, opinion polls show that a majority of Americans are concerned about their age. However, the President’s doctor declared him healthy and “fit for duty” after a physical examination in February.
