What is ‘Help Me Write’ in Gmail and how does it help

During the event, Google Announced a ‘Help Me Write’ feature in Gmail based on a more powerful generative model. Using the feature enables one to create a complete draft of an email within seconds. This feature uses Google’s advanced machine learning algorithms to generate better results.

“Suppose you got an email that your flight has been cancelled. The airline sent a voucher, but what you really want is a full refund. You can reply, and “Help me write ” You can use.

Next, type a prompt of what you want, for example – an email asking for a full refund. Hit Create, and a completed draft will appear in front of you.

“It easily pulls flight details from previous emails. It looks pretty close to what you want to send.” If someone wants to refine the result, they can always do it.

Help Me Write will be rolling out as part of our workspaces update in the coming months. It is likely that the feature will be available to both web and mobile users of Gmail.

Recall that Google launched the Smart Reply feature for Gmail in 2017. Next came Smart Compose, which offered writing suggestions as a type in emails.
