WABetaInfo has shared a new screenshot that clearly shows the Switch UI redesign in WhatsApp that will bring a new and modern aesthetic to the app. The latest switch style integrates seamlessly into the overall interface, showcasing an enhanced design that harmonizes with the visual language of Material Design 3. The Intuitive Switch toggle provides users with a straightforward way to seamlessly switch between options, requiring just a simple tap. Its user-friendly design ensures a smooth and intuitive experience for all users.
The report noted, “The Switch’s redesign conforms to the Material Design 3 guidelines, reflecting their commitment to providing an improved visual experience and enhanced functionality.”

Like other testing features, the Status Archive feature is also being rolled out in beta and is currently available with a select group of WhatsApp Business Android beta testers. With this new feature, users will be notified by a banner available along with the Status tab. Enabling this feature ensures that status updates will be automatically stored on the device after 24 hours of posting.
