Following a written complaint by the wrestlers, the Indian Olympic Association (IOA) convened an emergency meeting and constituted a seven-member committee to probe the matter. After receiving the complaint, an emergency executive meeting has been called by IOA Joint Secretary Kalyan Choubey. The meeting was held virtually under the leadership of PT Usha, which lasted for about two hours.
