Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, is always in the news. Recently, he is in the headlines for canceling the Twitter deal. A case has been registered against him in this matter. But in 2021 he revealed to the world that he Asperger’s Syndrome Struggled with

It is the same type of autism which is a developmental disorder. Such children have a very sharp mind, but they are limited to their own world. If you have seen Hrithik Roshan’s film ‘Koi Mil Gaya’ or Rani Mukerji’s film ‘Black’, then you will understand this disease easily.

First let me tell you what happens Asperger’s Syndrome,

keep talking to himself

In Asperger’s syndrome, the child does not resemble people. He talks to himself. Doesn’t make eye contact with anyone. He does not recognize the gestures of the people. Nor does he share his feelings with anyone. He always keeps doing the same thing.

Such children are interested in only one subject and can talk on the same thing for hours. Children with Asperger’s syndrome also have trouble walking or running.

This disease is genetic

Dr Kunal Bahrani, Director, Department of Neurology at Fortis Escorts Hospital, Faridabad, said that Asperger’s syndrome is more due to genetic reasons. It can happen even if there is a family history of this disease.

If someone’s first child has Asperger’s syndrome and the woman is about to give birth to a second child, then she also has a chance of getting it.

Do not take medicine without doctor’s advice

The health of the child depends a lot on the pregnancy of the mother. According to Dr Kunal Bahrani, even if a woman has an infection during pregnancy or if she takes the wrong medicine without the advice of a doctor, the child can still be a victim of Asperger’s syndrome.

When the child does not cry at the time of birth or remains in labor pain for a long time, then some changes occur in the brain, due to which the symptoms of this syndrome start in the child. No teratogenic drugs should be taken during pregnancy.

Wrong medicine can harm the fetus

Meena Samant, a gynecologist at Kurji Holy Family Hospital, Patna, told Woman Bhaskar that when a woman is pregnant, she should not take any medicine by herself. Great care should be taken during 8-10 weeks of pregnancy. The wrong medicine can cross the placenta and enter the fetus which harms it.

However, it is not known in pregnancy that the baby may have any brain related problems. Women should keep getting ultrasounds and checkups done by the doctor from time to time.

If there is an infection during pregnancy, get treatment immediately

There are many types of infections that can occur during pregnancy which are disorders related to the nervous system. such as Tuxoplasma, Listeria. All these infections are caused by viruses, bacteria and protozoa. If these are not treated at the right time, the child may develop Asperger’s syndrome.

German Measles (Rubella) vaccine must be given before pregnancy. It protects the child from autism.

Behavioral therapy and drug treatment

If a child has Asperger’s syndrome, parents can recognize its symptoms only between 1 and 2 years of age. Such children have problem in talking but their speech is fine. He is unable to express his feelings.

He does not smile and cannot make eye contact with anyone. If such symptoms occur, the child should be taken to a neurologist immediately. Medication and behavioral therapy should be started at the right time. By doing this, this disease can be completely defeated. But it is difficult to cure if it is not treated on time.

There are 4 types of autism
There are 4 types of autism: autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Asperger’s syndrome, Haller’s syndrome, and pervasive developmental disorder. A child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is not social. He doesn’t even speak the word clearly. In this, symptoms start appearing before the age of 3 years but treatment is started after 3 years.

In Haller’s syndrome, the child’s development begins to be affected after the age of 6. Their ability to learn starts decreasing. They forget what they have learned. Epilepsy seizures occur. Pervasive developmental disorder is also called atypical autism. In this, the child learns things late. He is antisocial. Repeats things over and over.
