Bhiwandi: After 20 hours of struggle, buried under the debris Bhiwandi building crashSunday was also his birthday, laborer Sunil Pisal (32) was rescued safely.

His relatives and friends cheered while he was being taken to the hospital. They had kept Pisal’s six-month pregnant wife, Akila, in the dark about her being buried under the rubble. The bodies of Sudhakar Gawai (34), who worked as a driver and was associated with MRK Foods, Triveni Yadav (40), a worker at the godown, and Pravin Chowdhary (22) were found on Sunday.
Yadav’s roommate Arun Singh told TOI, “Triveni was feeling unwell on Saturday and I asked her to leave work, but she insisted to go and lost her life.” Yadav’s aged mother, wife and two sons, aged 18 and 15, live in their hometown near Prayagraj in UP. Singh said that his sons would come to Mumbai to perform his last rites.
Praveen Chowdhary (22), a resident of UP’s Basti, was the only earning member of his family.
