United States Special Envoy for North Korea Sung Kim said on Thursday that the United States is actively engaged in ensuring the return of American troops who have entered North Korea.
He spoke ahead of a trilateral meeting with Japanese and South Korean counterparts in Japan to discuss how to counter the North Korean threat.
