Thiruvananthapuram: Nemom police have registered a case against three people on the complaint of a native of Karamana. Indian Rail Three people had cheated him to grab his land.

As per the complaint given, the railways acquired 0.0100 hectares of land survey number 35/13 of block five for the development of railways in Pallichal village of Neyyattinkara.
Four people were given a compensation amount of Rs 46,46,196 for the acquired land.
The complainant was to get a share of Rs 11,20,395 out of the amount.
However, the accused allegedly took away his share by creating a fake account in the name of the complainant in South Indian Bank, Balaramapuram branch.
The police said, “The fake account was allegedly created using the mobile number of the complainant and preliminary findings indicate that there was a criminal breach of trust on the part of the accused and forged documents were observed to commit the crime ”
A case has been registered under IPC section 405 for criminal breach of trust, section 420 for cheating, section 468 for forgery for the purpose of cheating and section 34 for offense committed by more than one person, he added.
