Devendra Fadnavis says that Uddhav Thackeray does not understand politics

Maharashtra Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis criticized Uddhav Thackeray, saying that the former CM does not understand politics and budgetary matters. He claimed that the current government, comprising the Shiv Sena-BJP-NCP (Ajit Pawar camp), would make a positive impact on the lives of ordinary citizens.

“Our previous chief ministers used to say that they do not understand politics, budget, cooperative sector and many other things. That’s why (Sharad) Pawar saheb has written in his book (autobiography) that he (Uddhav) doesn’t even know politics. But we know everything – budget, politics and economics,” Fadnavis said while speaking at the ‘Shasan Apalya Dari’ (Government at your doorstep) programme.

Speaking about the present leadership, he said, “…, we brought Eknath Shinde and now we have brought Ajit Dada (Pawar). Our government recently completed one year. He said that an aid Rs 10,000 crore has been given to the farmers.
