It is being claimed that this is the same video in which Kataruchak is misbehaving with the youth. Although Dainik Bhaskar does not confirm the veracity of this video.
Significantly, due to the pressure of Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit and SC/ST Commission, the Punjab government had to initiate action in this matter. The Punjab Government has constituted a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate the case related to the controversial video of Cabinet Minister Lal Chand Kataruchak.
The AAP government took this decision amid mounting pressure from Governor Banwarilal Purohit and the SC/ST Commission. The SC/ST commission has already sought a written reply from the Punjab government in this matter in 3 working days on Friday itself, all this will also be over by this evening.
DIG border range will investigate
The Punjab government has made DIG of Border Range Narendra Bhargava in charge of the SIT formed to investigate the video related to the minister. Gurdaspur SSP Dayma Harish Kumar and Pathankot SSP Harkamal Preet Singh Khakh have been made members of this SIT. This team will investigate the controversial pornographic video of the minister and the complaint given by the victim. In the order issued by the government, the DIG border range has also been asked to provide security to the victim youth.
