Rajkot: The police arrested six people in connection with a murder case at Asota village of Devbhumi Dwarka district on May 7. They had killed one Dava Sanghiya. Two sons of the family had eloped with two daughters of the accused family about a year and half ago to get married. The attack was a fallout of their bitter grudge.

Rajkot: A 26-year-old son of an RTI applicant was allegedly thrashed by the promoter of a construction firm for seeking information about his contracts. A complaint was lodged against Pramod Pambhar by victim Bhargav’s father Jagdish Bamroliya. Pambhar had warned him to stop filing RTI applications.
