According to the information of the case, Khatik sells chicken and mutton in Rampura area. Parkar used to come to his shop to buy meat and Khatik needed money, so Parkar offered him a loan at 10% interest per month.
In 2017, Khatik took a loan of Rs 30,000 for the first time, which he repaid along with interest. After this, he took a total of Rs 8 lakh from Parkar in different installments. As security, Parkar asked Khatik for a blank cheque, which he gave with his signature on a blank paper. After taking this loan, Khatik paid him a total of Rs 20 lakh including interest and principal amount.
Even after this, Parkar continued to recover interest and principal amount from Khatik. Fearing further persecution, Khatik fled to Nepal.
