Ranchi: A total of 455 bottles of illicit Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL) and 181 empty bottles were seized and four persons arrested from a makeshift liquor plant set up at Booty Basti under the Sadar police station on Sunday, SSP Chandan Kumar Sinha said. Those held were identified as Santosh Kumar, Raj Kumar, Adarsh Singh, and Nikhil Kumar. They used to buy the liquor from Bokaro and bottle them here before selling in Bihar.TNN
