Kedar Shinde and Deepa Parab first met together in college and later, she joined him in his first play.
Maharashtra Shaheer, directed by Kedar Shinde, released on the silver screens on 28 April. The film stars Ankush Chowdhary, Sana Kedar Shinde, Mrunmayi Deshpande and Nirmiti Sawant in lead roles along with Parineeta Dilip Ghone, Bhagyesh Patil and Harish Barskar. Recently, Kedar Shinde penned an emotional post expressing his deep affection for his dear friend. He wrote, “This is the first picture of me and Deepa together. We met for the first time in college. Later, she joined me in my first play and with the passage of time she acted in ‘Manomani’ opposite Mohan Joshi. We have collaborated on many projects and now she is also my sister-in-law. Kedar Shinde further added, “After the release of the film, the TV serial ‘Tu Chal Pudham’ came on Zee Marathi. However, it had already been released. Today Deepa has emerged as a shining star. His exceptional performance in ‘Baipan Bhari Deva’ truly reflects his immense talent as an artiste.”
