The miscreant was emotionally disturbed by his parents and was living separately in Madiya. His father is suffering from black fungus and is bedridden.
The victim had met the mother of the miscreant through her acquaintance. When the arrested criminal came to know about the love affair of the victim with her mother, he was shocked.
DCP Central, Aparna Rajat Kaushiksaid the body was recovered from a nearby embankment PAC Battalion May 5 in the metropolis. “The victim had head injuries and her private parts were cut with some sharp object. A bloodstained slab has also been recovered from the spot.”
The team started the investigation after the case was registered by Bindu Mishra, the brother of the deceased.
The DCP said, ‘Investigation has revealed that Siddharth used to visit a woman’s house.’ The lead worked as police located the suspect who had the motive to kill the victim.
“The team working on the case worked manually and during interrogation collected the details of the miscreant who had committed the crime,” the officer said.
“He revealed that he was filled with hatred for the victim after he came to know about her relationship with the ex’s mother. He said that he had planned to kill Siddharth, who used to mock him earlier as well, but changed his mind as he could not find a suitable place to eliminate the victim,” the officer said.
On that fateful day, she offered Siddharth a drink which she had bought from a shop in Rahimnagar and then they went to the embankment. When Siddhartha became stone-drunk, the miscreant attacked him with a slab/stone and killed him on the spot. After this, he cut off his genitals and threw them in the Kukrail drain and fled from the spot.
