A day after the Group-1 preliminary exam, the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) said that the news of a candidate downloading the hall ticket without applying for the exam was false.
It was brought to the notice of the Commission that one of the candidates, Jakkula Suchitra, had downloaded her hall ticket for the preliminary examination on June 11, even though she had not applied for Group-I recruitment, but Group-III and Group-II recruitment. Applied for the recruitment of -4. instead.
The TSPSC said in a statement on Monday: “It is informed that Jakkula Suchitra, daughter of Jakkula Sridhar, has applied for Group-I Services Recruitment (Notification No. 4/2022) with TSPSC ID: TS1201206420 and also for have attended. The Preliminary Examination was held on 16/10/2022 at AHMV Junior College, Next to RTC Bus Stand, RP Road, Nizamabad (Location Code 12014). He also signed a nominal roll as per the records available with the Commission.
The hall tickets for the examination were available for download one week prior to the examination, as informed by TSPSC to all the candidates through a note on the website and through SMS.
