Claiming that the five accounts were posting some infringing content on Twitter, the plaintiff’s counsel said that “the leakers have access to the company’s” system and sought to disclose the details of these account-users. .

Justice C Hari Shankar ordered, “The court directs the respondent no. 2 (Twitter) to provide the details of the advance serviced accounts to the plaintiff’s counsel so that the plaintiff may take appropriate action.”

In April, the court had restrained various rogue websites and internet service providers from copying, recording, displaying or releasing any stills, songs, audio and video clips related to the jawan without proper licence. It had directed YouTube, Twitter and Reddit to immediately block and remove all infringing content and clips referred by the production house.

The court’s interim order came on a plea by the production house, seeking to restrain various rogue websites and ISPs and others, which provide uploadable content on the internet, from broadcasting or broadcasting any part of Jawan. are doing. plaintiff and in which he claims copyright.
