jharkhand weather updateThe Jharkhand government has announced the closure of all schools for three days from June 12 in view of the scorching heat in the state. An official gave this information on Sunday. In the order issued by K Ravi Kumar, Secretary, Department of School Education and Literacy, it has been said that in view of the severe heat and heat wave conditions in the state, government, non-government aided / unaided (including minorities) all categories and states All private schools operated will remain closed from June 12 to June 14.

The weather department said the condition is likely to continue like this for at least the next five days and has issued a heat wave alert for some parts of the state till June 15. The maximum temperature across the state remained between 38-44 degree Celsius.

“Light rain is likely mainly over the eastern parts of the state. But, it will hardly help in bringing down the temperature,” said Abhishek Anand, Ranchi Meteorological Center in-charge.
