Daltonganj: A 40-year-old man, identified as Akhilesh Patel, died when a truck collided with his scooter while he was on his way to the training centre at Giriwar Plus 2 School, situated on the banks of the Koyel river, on Monday. Patel, who hailed from Kataiyya village, was a para teacher at the Upgraded High School in Kataiyya, under the jurisdiction of the Harihurganj police station.
