In an interview with a leading website, the 54-year-old recently reminisced about the films which gave him appreciation and love from all quarters but did not help him financially. The actor cited the example that films like Truth, colicKaun? Zubeidaa, Aks, Dil Pe Mat Le YaarPinjar And Street Those were all projects he wanted to be a part of. He said that he got a lot of creative satisfaction from acting in them, they were low-budget films that did not make him a superstar, yet paid him some respectable amount.
The actor also revealed that around seven-eight years after starring in Satya, he was able to buy his own house, and with every film, he was all about managing his day-to-day finances.
