Manoj Tiwari Woos Voters With Song & Dance In Tinsukia | Guwahati News – Times of India

Dibrugarh: BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, known for his charismatic persona and entertaining performances, made a grand entry in Tinsukia district with his signature song-and-dance routine to drum up support for the party ahead of the Lok Sabha elections. The popular Bhojpuri-actor-turned politician participated in two roadshows in Doomdooma and Tinsukia on Wednesday, entertaining and charming voters with his songs, dance, humour and witty one-liners.
Excited crowds gathered everywhere Tiwari went, greeting him with enthusiasm as he rode through the streets in an open vehicle. He kept the audience mesmerised with popular Bhojpuri and Hindi songs, interspersing them with appeals for votes for Union minister Sarbananda Sonowal, the BJP candidate for the Dibrugarh Lok Sabha constituency. Tiwari made it a point to visit the Hindi-speaking community pockets of Doomdooma and Tinsukia, which constitute a major chunk of saffron party supporters.
Tiwari, who is the BJP MP from the northeast Delhi constituency, was more than happy to oblige the jostling crowd by clicking photographs and selfies, and even shook a leg with the crowd. “I urge all the voters of Tinsukia district to support Sarbananda Sonowal and the BJP. We need your support to take Assam and the country forward on the path of glory, prosperity and great heights,” Tiwari said.
